This was the first year teaching I didn’t travel over spring break (2015 – San Antonio, 2016 – Dallas, 2017 – New Orleans, 2018 – Central Europe). I needed complete rest and I have to save for my summer plans too! After the first day, I dropped 5 pounds of inflammation and was at peace!

Workout, vision board, Mexican bingo, too many glasses of wine
Wednesday
Pool day (followed by unpictured quesadilla with non-guilt)
Thursday
Yoga on the bluff, brunch with a friend, reflection on the beach, unpictured mobility class with a friend
Friday
Cabrillo Plains National Monument, wine in Ojai, dinner in Ventura
Saturday
Breakfast in Ventura, Santa Barbara Zoo, wine and pizza in the Funk Zone, then a beach day!
Sunday
SeaWorld – I haven’t been since I was 10! – and stop in Encinitas for Nectarine Grove!
