My week at a glance:
I have the thoughtful friends – they brought me a cake, gave me the perfect gifts and cards, and we spent tons of time chatting and laughing.
This week involved a lot of walking. Being outdoors is the jam. I’m still working out formally but less – it’s good for my mental health and this is how exercise affects hormones.
A follow-up from last week – facts about body fat. Eating more fat is harder than you’d think…
Finally and most importantly, SHOUTOUT to my undergrad for being #1 college if you want to change the world. I was never a standout until college and college fostered my passions for teaching and history. I also made lifelong friends… oh did I mention that my college bestie and I are going to Denver in a few weeks??!
Wait wait, I’ve also been looking at a river cruise in Europe and I just need someone with both the money and time to go! Rhine or Danube?
